Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
Attenval exists to give people AI access before they are ready to pay. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) protects that mission by keeping the platform safe, lawful, and economically viable for everyone. It applies to all use of the Attenval application, API, and credits.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use Attenval to generate, transmit, store, or facilitate:
- Content that sexualizes minors in any form.
- Threats, harassment, doxxing, or incitement to violence against any person or group.
- Hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
- Malware, ransomware, exploits, or other actively harmful code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Content designed to deceive about its synthetic origin where disclosure is legally required, or impersonation of real persons or organizations.
- Content that violates applicable law, including Indian law and the law of your jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Reward fraud: automating, replaying, forging, or otherwise gaming rewarded-ad verification; emulator or device-farm abuse; VPN rotation to evade caps.
- Credential abuse: sharing API keys, harvesting accounts, or circumventing per-key daily caps and model allowlists.
- Platform abuse: attempting to exceed rate limits, probing for authentication bypasses, scraping the service, or interfering with other tenants.
- Resale: reselling Attenval access or credits without a written partnership agreement.
4. Third-party model policies
Requests may be processed by third-party model services. Their acceptable-use policies may also apply to your traffic. Violations may result in request termination without return of reserved credits where the violation is attributable to you.
5. Enforcement
Enforcement is graduated where possible: warning, feature restriction, credit clawback, account freeze, and termination. Fraud against the payment or rewards systems (Section 3) may result in immediate freeze and permanent ban. We record fraud signals (failed verifications, replays, velocity anomalies) in an antifraud ledger used solely for abuse prevention.
6. Reporting
Report abuse or vulnerabilities to [email protected]. We credit good-faith security research that follows responsible disclosure.
