Privacy Policy

Notice: This is a working policy baseline and draft document of Nandaka Interactive Private Limited. It describes how Attenval collects and uses information.

1. Who we are

Attenval is operated by Nandaka Interactive Private Limited (“Nandaka”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to the Attenval website, application, and API at api.attenval.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account: email address, authentication identifiers, display name, and account status.
  • Reserve email: if you reserve access, we store that email only to notify you when Attenval opens.
  • Usage metadata: the alias you requested, token counts, status, credits charged, timestamps, and similar operational metrics needed to run and meter the service.
  • Prompts, completions, and related inputs: the text, code, files, and other content you submit, plus the model output generated for that request.
  • Security and abuse signals: coarse network and device signals used to prevent fraud, enforce daily earn caps, and protect the service.
  • Wallet records: earned-credit grants, expiry, reservations, and settlements.

Payment records, if any exist from operating the service, are kept only as needed to run the service.

3. How we use prompts and related inputs

When you use the API or application, you send prompts, completions, and related inputs — including code — to Attenval. We may store, use, share, or sell prompts, completions, and related inputs including code.

Do not submit secrets. Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, credentials, private keys, personal financial numbers, or other confidential material in prompts, files, or related inputs. Treat anything you submit as reusable commercial data.

4. What we do not sell

We do not sell account passwords, API keys, or payment credentials.

Account credentials and payment credentials are used only to authenticate you and to operate the service.

5. How long we keep information

Account data is kept for the life of the account and a short grace period after deletion. Usage metadata is kept as needed to meter credits, prevent abuse, and operate the product. Prompts, completions, and related inputs may be retained for the uses described in Section 3. Security signals are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention. Wallet records are kept as an operational ledger. Payment records, if any, are kept only as needed to run the service.

6. Your controls

Depending on the product surface, you may be able to:

  • Export account metadata, ledger history, and API key audit logs;
  • Revoke API keys;
  • Request account deletion from Account → Data & Privacy.

Account deletion removes account identifiers and access. Information we may store, use, share, or sell under Section 3, and records needed to run or secure the service, may be retained as described above.
