Terms of Service

Notice: This is a working policy baseline and draft document of Nandaka Interactive Private Limited. It is maintained for architectural transparency and developer governance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, accessing the Attenval application, or using the Attenval API at api.attenval.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) provided by Nandaka Interactive Private Limited (“Nandaka”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. The Service

Attenval provides an OpenAI-compatible API. You call a capability alias — Auto (attenval-auto), Fast (attenval-fast), Code (attenval-code), or Smart (attenval-smart) — and spend earned credits. The amount a request uses depends on the alias.

3. Credits

Credits on Attenval are earned promotional units only. They are granted after a verified spotlight completes. Details, including the daily cap and rolling expiry, are in the Credit Terms, which control if they conflict with these Terms on credit questions.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for currency.
  • Credits expire on a 30-day rolling basis as described in the Credit Terms.
  • Attenval does not sell credit packs through this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or facilitate:

  • Content that violates applicable law, including illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harmful materials;
  • Fraud against the earn system, including automating, replaying, or forging verified-spotlight completion;
  • Attacks intended to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exhaust the Service or its rate limits;
  • Attempts to bypass safety filters or abuse other users’ access.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

5. Content and license

  • Your inputs: You are responsible for prompts, files, and other inputs you submit. Do not submit secrets.
  • Our use: You grant Nandaka a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, use, share, or sell prompts, completions, and related inputs including code, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • The platform: Nandaka retains all rights in the Attenval service, APIs, aliases, software, logos, and trademarks.

6. Privacy

We collect account data, usage metadata, and prompts, completions, and related inputs. We may store, use, share, or sell prompts, completions, and related inputs including code. We do not sell account passwords, API keys, or payment credentials. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. NANDAKA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NANDAKA’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ₹5,000 INR.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
