Credit Terms
Notice: This is a working policy baseline and draft document of Nandaka Interactive Private Limited. It is maintained for architectural transparency and developer governance.
1. Scope
These Credit Terms govern earned promotional credits on the Attenval platform operated by Nandaka Interactive Private Limited. They supplement the Terms of Service and, if they conflict on credit questions, they control.
2. Earned credits
- Grant: Credits are granted only after a verified spotlight in the Attenval app completes. Each verified spotlight adds 5,000 credits.
- Promotional: Earned credits are promotional units. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for currency.
- Daily cap: You can complete up to 5 verified spotlights per account per day. Caps may change with notice.
- 30-day rolling expiry: Earned credits expire 30 days after grant. Completing a new qualifying verified spotlight resets the expiry of the entire earned balance to 30 days from that moment. Extensions do not stack.
- Fraud: Grants from forged, replayed, or automated verification, device farms, or other abuse are void. Attenval may claw back those credits and suspend the account.
3. How credits are used
Call the API with an alias. The amount a request uses depends on the alias. Each request reserves credits before work starts and settles to actual use when it finishes. Unused reserved credits return to your balance. See How you get credits.
4. Changes
Nandaka may revise these Credit Terms with prospective effect. Material adverse changes to earned-credit value or expiry will be announced at least 14 days in advance on this page and in the application.
